Pasta La Vista is a labour of love and a dream to build by two close friends Fes and Sam. Both of them are long time veterans of the food industry each with well over ten years specialising in Italian cuisine. Their philosophy is based on the well established tradition of Italin cuisine that relies mostly on the quality of finest ingredients that are fresh and cooked to order. All dishes, pasta, sauces and dressings are freshly home made.
